Only 2:36 into the radio spot and I can already tell how humble & self-deprocating Shane is about his Quintuple , so I want to say that a 500 mile triathlon IS a Quintuple, AND that your commitment to raising awareness & fighting ALS and to promoting mindful movement are worth calling this a 5x Ironman!! I admire your grace through endurance!! I hope you come to my Iron-party, when I finally get back to #actualrunning and commit to a plan! oxo-Amelia a.k.a. Meels (on wheels)
