Discussion of threats to 501(c)3 organizations nationwide and potential impacts to ICR. 

• Some of our fundraising sources may be threatened if this action is taken by the new federal administration
• We can use this time as an opportunity to reengage donors and diversify our fundraising sources.
• Discussed being a refuge during a difficult time; part of our case is, "Community radio is a promise that we are here for each other"

ED Report

Program update: Long form content on NY’s Clean Slate Act - successful.

We have secured the license to have a temporary (one year) silent hold on WINO.

Repairs are about to be completed on the Ithaca Tower.

Succession Planning and Hiring Progress

The board entered executive session at 7:05 pm.
