6:04 Call to Order.

Committee Reports:

Development+Outreach

Food and Country Film event 9/17, 7:00 pm.

Farmer’s Market, GreenStar, and Moosewood, are supporting the film through sponsorships and marketing it.

Food Security Call-In Show this Wednesday.

We have postered for this, announced on air, and there is a facebook post. Other ideas: make a facebook event, put out a press release, put out on local community event calendars.

No other committee reports this month.

Succession Planning.

The Board entered executive session at 6:21 pm.

Progress update.

Interview Process.

Progress update: interviews are being scheduled after initial screenings are complete and reviewed by the Personnel Committee. Felix and at least 2 Board members are present at these first interviews.

First interview Wednesday, 9/11. Procedures and questions.
