6:05: Call to Order.

6:10: Committee Reports. Development Committee discusses recent grant applications and ideas for fund drives.

6:30: NYSCA Grant. Discussion of how to apply for NYSCA (New York State Council for Arts) grant; what category WRFI should apply for; how much; time line.

6:45: Board Recruitment. Discussion of new member recruitment. Peter is in contact with an interested party, will meet in the next month to discuss Board membership.

7:15: Consent Agenda

Did not have Quorum to vote on Consent Agenda, pushed till next meeting in July.
