Local nonprofit Rejoice the Vote announces art contest winners

Votes have been cast but the results of the 2020 elections still being challenged. We're ready, though, to congratulate some real winners: the winners of the Rejoice the Vote art contest: Zoriana, Yi Nan, and Charlie Sue. This contest challenged young artists to create work that inspires people, especially young people, and reminds them that their vote is a powerful tool despite efforts at suppression; promotes the movement to lower the legal voting age to sixteen; and highlights youth activists (historical or contemporary) who fought and continue to fight for voting rights, especially for our youngest citizens.
