The Human Rights and Social Justice Program

Fridays, 9-10am on WRFI

with Dr. Ute Ritz-Deutch

Ute-Human-Justice

On the Human Rights and Social Justice Program, Dr. Ute Ritz-Deutch has conversations with researchers, advocates, and activists who are engaged in human rights or social justice work. The premise of the show is that human rights are universal, but since they are often violated, it is important for people to be educated and to pay attention, so that governments can be held accountable. Topics range from the local to the global.

Dr. Ute Ritz Deutch is a professor at SUNY Cortland, Tompkins Cortland Community College, and SUNY Binghamton.
