6:15 Call to Order.

Online Vote Recording. 

Board successfully agreed to and held a vote via email. 

PROPOSAL 1: The ICR Board proposes to hold a vote on approving an expenditure of reserves by email.

PROPOSAL 2: The ICR Board Personnel Committee recommends allowing the use of up to $30,000 of reserve funds to allow for the hiring and retaining of new staff, including hiring a new Executive Director and expanded Program Director position.

Both proposals passed 9-0.

Committee Reports.

Development+Outreach

Food and Country Film rollout in Ithaca - September 17th, Tuesday, will be the screening and panel discussion at Cinemapolis. The panelists are still to be finalized.

Felix is gathering interviews, including Ruth Reichl of the New York Times.

This event will be a fundraiser for WRFI - ticket sales will be donations to us. Discussion about whether or not we can have multiple ticket price points; we will check to see if that is an option.

No other committee report outs this month.

Raise for Felix: Peter moves, Amie seconds. The motion carries 8-0.
