Add Your Input to the City of Ithaca’s 2026 Sidewalk Improvement Plan by August 10, 2025.

The City of Ithaca is looking for input to plan its 2026 sidewalk improvement work. Walk your neighborhoods solo, with neighbors—or even with your Common Council Member—to help find the sidewalks in your neighborhood that need repair or replacement most.

You know your neighborhood best. Which sidewalks are most heavily used? Which are used by children, seniors, and people with disabilities? Where are the cracks, heaving, or other hazards? Which routes connect to schools, parks, and public transit.

Remember, to have your input included, please submit the survey by August 10, 2025.
