6:06: Call to Order.
Welcome new Board members Niki and Stephen!
6:09: Strategic Planning.
Sessions Sept 28 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and TBD
- A new meeting poll to go out soon - a prep email will go out in the meantime to share out a summary of what was discussed in the first session and what to prepare for the second.
Committee Reports.
Development
- Ben and Amie reviewed major donors status of giving for the year. The Board will be tasked to do follow up to this list.
- Discussion of when to launch the winter drive / how to line up with Giving Tuesday.
- We raised $14,000 in the fall drive, meeting the goal

Tech Updates
New student intern Primrose is available to help out with audio editing or live sound recording.
WINO license update
Deadline of 11/10 to get the station operational to keep the license. Discussed options for keeping it active, including possible towers.
ED Report.
Programming update: Letters and Politics is ending its program, will change up the schedule.
Ticket giveaways: agreed to develop a fee range for promoting a show on-air, as well as an amount of free promotion to give out per year for small artists.
We have been invited by the Rotary Club of Ithaca to present.
New t-shirts are in; will be going out to fund drive donors soon.
