Proposed Use of Genetically-Engineered Diamondback Moths- August 16th, 2017 [audio]

WRFI Community Radio News investigates Cornell University’s plans to release Genetically-Engineered diamondback moths into agricultural fields for the first time in New York State. The moths are a major agricultural pest of brassica plants. We speak to a moth expert, hear from the lead investigator on the experiments as well as representatives of environmental groups.
