Rev. Robert Jones Sr., Raconteur and Musician

A storyteller, a musician, a font of American roots: Rev. Robert Jones Sr. is coming to the Trumansburg Conservatory’s virtual stage this weekend.

Here we have a conversation with Rev. Jones where he talks about how music entered his life; how he addressed the tension between his work as a Pastor and his passion for country, folk and the blues; and how blues, country, and folk, are traditions suited to tell the stories of what we’re experiencing today.

This conversation comes to us from WRFI contributor Pamela Tan.
