Your Supports Defends Free Speech: Our Fall Fund Drive Starts Monday 9/22 • Special Programs You’ll LOVE All Week Long
Starting Monday 9/22, WRFI’s volunteer hosts are pulling out ALL the stops to help raise funds for free speech and free expression here on WRFI. Don’t miss this great special programming and don't forget to give early and often to support your LOCAL nonprofit community radio station.
Civil society and democracy depend on the rights to free expression, free speech, and a free press. But now, our nation’s long tradition of protecting speech and dissent is under attack.
Local, community media like WRFI empowers local people to speak for themselves and their communities. It knits together people and support networks, shares information in the public interest, and creates an important refuge through the healing power of music.
In times like these, your support is essential. Your gift to WRFI today will sustain our unique brand of people-powered radio here in the heart of the Finger Lakes for the coming year.
Every day on WRFI you hear the voices of everyday people sharing their passions, perspectives, and points of view.
By giving to WRFI today, you build PEOPLE POWER. Your support helps build and maintain WRFI’s inclusive platform for local and independent voices.
Whether it's because WRFI has the coolest, most eclectic and original music shows or because of our deep commitment to independent news that values facts, integrity, and the lives of human beings, your support makes it all possible.
