Coronavirus Update, March 2, 2021
The Tompkins County Health Department is reporting two potential public exposures to COVID-19.
The first was at Planet Fitness on Triphammer Road in Ithaca. The individual who tested positive used the gym during the following days and times:
- Wednesday, February 24: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
- Thursday, February 25: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
- Friday, February 26: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
The second potential exposure was on the TCAT, on Saturday February 27th.
The individual rode the outbound bus, boarding at 10:20am at the Seneca St. Station. They got off at Walmart at about 10:40.
They then rode the inbound bus that afternoon, boarding at 12:40pm at Walmart, then getting off at the Green Street Station at 1:00pm.
Tompkins County is reporting 3 new positive cases of COVID-19, and a drop to 76 total active cases.
Schuyler County is reporting 4 new cases of COVID. They have 21 active cases.
